The annual list, now in its sixth year, recognizes women from around the world who have demonstrated excellence as leaders and who have made significant contributions to the success of their companies. This is Courtney’s fourth consecutive appearance on the list.

In 2016, Ms. Courtney launched the RemX Contact Center Solutions, focused on delivering workforce staffing solutions to large U.S. call and contact centers. Her work focuses on innovating to continuously enhance the recruiting experience for talent and customers.
